In this blog, I peel back the curtain so those who are in similar situations can find nuggets of wisdom that will help them on their own journeys. And no, you don’t have to have ADHD to benefit. This is now a challenge for all of us as we learn how to navigate the waters of this digital age where the distractions seem unending.

You can’t tackle it all at once. I recommend starting with one thing at a time. If you are unsure — start with the thing that is most challenging for you.
2. Track your progress
With each area, I recommend keeping track of what is working and what isn’t. This can be a journal or a digital note-taking app.
3. Move onto the next thing.
Once you find success, start tackling another area. Keep this process going until you reach the success you are aiming for.
